This is a great blend of cranberries, raisins, pineapple and nuts. What makes this trail mix really unique is the yogurt raisins.
Portions:
28 g. ( 1 ounce ) per person per day is a good portion assuming that you are going to be bringing lots of other snacks.
Ingredients:
Golden raisins, sunflower seeds (sunflower seeds, salt, vegetable oil (may contain peanut oil), dried cranberries (sugar, cranberries, sunflower oil), cashew pieces (cashews, canola and/or soya oil), yogurt raisins (sugar, raisins, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, modified milk ingredients, yogurt powder (milk solids, maltodextrin, color, salt, tapioca dextrin, glucose, edible shellac), roast almonds (almonds, canola and/or soya oil) diced pineapple (pineapple, sugar, sulphur dioxide used as a preservative), diced dates (dates, dextrose).
